Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness events when she was 16 after she quit the gymnastics she had been involved in during her youth. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career in the year 16 when she decided to stop her gymnastics. Within just one year, she was able to achieve her Professional Card at age 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to stop her work for a period of six years in order to further her studies. Then she came back in the year 2015 to continue the point where she had left taking part in elite contests such as those at the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for many more years, setting objectives each year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. In 2009, she became an NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to complete her degree when she earned the Pro Card. In the month of October, 2015, she competed again through her IFBB Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The competition saw her finish at third. The summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she was on the Olympia stage and took home 6th place within the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was not just proud of her placing. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel's most favorite part of her body for training is her back. A typical back workout comprises of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats in a machine and pull-ups as well as seated rows. She warms up before moving onto her work sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. She combines all of her exercises in the back into three or supersets of 10-12 reps is her thing.
